Lazy Cooking: Tomatoes and Canned Salmon

 photo IMG_2923_zpse2fc6961.jpg

I was gonna start this blog with a snippet about how I haven't updated in a long while...but I realized that's how I started most of my posts. So, I'm just going to dive in.

I decided to share with you some of the few foods I know how to cook. I think they're delicious, and fairly easy to cook. If you're lazy, today's feature food is the food for you since it is actually nutritious and SUPER DUPER easy to make. And since I am not a chef, my recipe is kinda well.....see for yourself...

You need:

            2    Medium size tomatoes
            1/2 Tablespoon of Oil
            1 14oz Can of Salmon

Step 1) Dice/slice tomatoes however you want, but don't make them too chunky/big.
Step 2) Heat oil in skillet. Add tomatoes. Stir. (I'm sorry that there's like 3 steps in step 2, teehee).
Step 3) Once the tomatoes is kinda gooey and mushy, add salmon.
Step 4) Stir clockwise 16 times and on the 17th stir, stir counterclockwise. Repeat.
Step 5) Remove salmon and tomatoes from heat once you're satisfied with the level of cookedness.
Step 6) EAT IT! Preferably, over rice.

Well, the canned salmon is already cooked, so I'm just ok with heating it with the tomatoes and serving it with rice. Mom, on the other hand, wants it COOKED again for a very long time. Btw, I sprinkled green onions over mine just cause I could. You also can sprinkle any herb you want.

Here are some pictures :)
