You know when you get all hyped up about a workout in the beginning and you workout in a fervor for like a week and then it just kinda dies out slowly? Well, that has happened to me like a million times. I began to think about why that was and I figured out that it was because the workouts I was attempting were too ambitious for a girl who can't climb a flight of stair without seriously gasping. For example,

Any good life coach would tell you to tackle a problem one small chunk a time, to start with manageable chunk and to work your ways up. With that in mind, I decided to stick to doing the easiest and most recommended exercise: walking.
Now, walking is a breeze and when you have someone to chat with on your walks, it is even FUN!
HAHAHAHAHAHA....I wrote ^^^^^ that up there May 31, 2013 and it remained a draft. That walking exercise that I enthusiastically embarked on? Yea, it lasted two weeks. I walked uphills under the hot 10 AM sun cuz I couldn't get up earlier. Oh, and I meant to show you guys my rice crispy treat thing that i made. Never got around to it. Here are some pics though. I'm pathetic. :(
Oh, and if you're not careful, the marshmallow gets burnt easily. Proof: a pic of the bottom of my pan.
